The popular BYOB (Bring Your Own Bowl) lunchtime concert series at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church offers a perfect blend of music, community, and delicious homemade soups. This event is open to everyone and has become a beloved tradition in the community.
The idea behind BYOB is simple: bring your own bowl and enjoy a delicious lunch while listening to live music. It’s a chance to experience fellowship, connect with others, and support local musicians. Each concert features a variety of musical performances and a selection of hearty soups made by people who truly know how to make soup – local businesses, home chefs, and community members sharing their cherished family recipes.
BYOB isn’t just a meal – it’s an experience. Guests gather to share stories, meet new friends, and reconnect with familiar faces, all while enjoying soups made with love and tradition.
Here’s what’s on the lineup:
Please contact either Tom Cassidy at 765-661-3210 or Angela Cassidy at 765-623-6115 if you would like to volunteer to bring soup!
Proceeds benefit local nonprofit organizations. Bring your bowl and spoon! 🍲
There’s no need to RSVP. Just show up with your favorite bowl, ready to enjoy a cozy meal and some fantastic music. Everyone is welcome, whether you're a longtime resident or a visitor passing through.
Tip: Bring an extra bowl for a friend!
